On Wednesday 19th of February Macelleria at The Glen played host to a room full of delighted guests for our second Dinner with The Butcher and The Winemaker.
Guests were joined by Macelleria founder Peter Zaidan and Winemaker Rob Hawkings from Indigo Vineyards for an immersive five-course meal, during which they learned all about the provenance of their food and wines.
Having Peter and Rob at the dinner to answer guests questions about tasting notes, wine matching and the origins of Macelleria’s produce made for an immersive and enriching experience, leaving guests with full bellies and a wealth of new knowledge.
